We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our hospice team in Santa Fe. As a CNA, you will provide personalized care to patients, including bathing, dressing, and feeding. You will also assist with meal planning and preparation, and provide emotional support to patients and their families.

Responsibilities:
- Provide personal care to patients, including bathing, dressing, and feeding
- Assist with meal planning and preparation
- Provide emotional support to patients and their families
- Report patient condition and significant changes to the Case Manager
Qualifications:
- Certified by the state as a nurse aide
- Maintains a current CPR certification
- Listed on the state aide registry with a clear record
- Able to deliver care to patients 18 years of age or older
- Valid driver's license with an insured automobile
