Executive Director Job Description

Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain positive relationships with internal and external customers
- Oversee program administration, planning, supervising, and evaluating
- Ensure compliance with regulatory and reimbursement requirements
- Develop and implement administrative policies and procedures
- Negotiate and execute contracts with community providers
Requirements:
- A graduate degree in business, healthcare, or a related field (or a minimum of 5 years of related experience)
- A minimum of 3 years of supervisory or administrative experience in a hospice or home health setting
- Experience in program administration, including knowledge of healthcare policies and reimbursement practices
