Job Description
We are seeking a skilled RN Team Manager to join our hospice team in Belen.
- Possession of a current nursing license and a minimum five years' experience as a healthcare professional, including two years of supervisory experience in healthcare, homecare or hospice.
- Demonstrated administrative ability, including knowledge of healthcare policies and program responsibilities.
- A valid driver's license, proof of insurance, and current CPR Certification are required.

The successful candidate will:
- Oversee patient service delivery and ensure compliance with agency policies.
- Develop policies, procedures, and guidelines to fulfill program objectives.
- Supervise scheduling, staff supervision, and ongoing educational programs for direct patient care teams.
- Implement and monitor quality assurance programs.
- Maintain accurate medical records and ensure compliance with licensing regulations and certification standards.
- Plan and implement staff education programs.
