Position Overview
This role involves coordinating administrative activities, business operations, and other operational tasks in conjunction with the Branch Manager or Agency Director. The primary objective is to ensure that all clients receive exceptional service according to their care plan.
The Service Coordinator will oversee new hire processes, ensuring timely completion of documentation and accuracy of records. They will collaborate with the Corporate HR team for benefit enrollment processes and on-board new branch administrative employees. Additionally, they will provide thorough follow-through on escalated client complaints and theft claims.
Key Responsibilities include ensuring WOTC applications, Forms I-9, and other paperwork are completed on time; reporting Leave of Absence requests; setting up training for new and current employees; and facilitating quarterly in-service meetings.
The successful candidate will have three to five years of recent experience working in a healthcare environment or related field. Required skills include understanding of basic medical terminology, interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills, as well as computer proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and scheduling programs.
