HOURS : AS NEEDED for 12-Hour Shifts 7PM-7AM
TERRITORY : Algonquin, Crystal Lake
Salary : $28-$38 Hourly - Offer Based on Years of Experience
Qualifications :
- Graduate of an accredited practical nurse or a vocational nursing program
- Three years of nursing experience. Community health, hospice or medical / surgical experience is preferred
- Currently licensed as an LPN / LVN in the practicing state
- Must possess current CPR Certification
- Demonstrates good verbal and written communication, and organization skills
- Valid driver's license with an automobile that is insured in accordance with state requirements
- Understands the philosophy of hospice concept and the needs of the terminally ill
