We are looking for a Personal Care Outreach Coordinator to join our team. This position will directly report to the Assistant Director PC or Branch Director PC and is responsible for overseeing client referrals, scheduling and performing assessments and marketing to referral sources.Responsible for overseeing VA and Private Duty client referralsAssists Veterans and families on navigating the VA system and LTC InsurancePerforms internal and external marketingCompletes weekly statistical report pertaining to intake and dischargesAbout You : High school graduate, some college preferred2-4 years' experience in sales, marketing, customer service preferredPrior experience in healthcareMust have excellent professional communication and organizational skills.
