Job Title: Registered Nurse (RN) - Case Manager
Arcadia Homecare & Staffing seeks a skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team as a case manager in the Cuyahoga County area. As a valued member of our team, you will have the flexibility to create your own schedule based on client needs and work up to full-time hours.
Essential Duties:
- Provides supervision and staff development assistance for all direct reports assigned by the Program Director.
- Evaluates clinical performance of all staff under the oversight of the Program Director.
- Conducts clinical assessments for incoming clients.
- Manages patient care assignments based on staff competency, client acuity, and continuity of care.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
