Our practice is growing, and it is growing fast! We are looking to hire a dental assistant to help with our practice as it expands! We still have our same great team of assistants, but with Lincoln and other towns close by, we would love to add another assistant to better serve our new and existing patients. We have a state-of-the-art facility equipped with the latest technology and techniques. At our office, we value honest, comprehensive and excellent dentistry. Responsibilities
- Assist the dentist during examinations and procedures, ensuring a smooth workflow.
- Prepare and sterilize instruments and dental equipment following infection control protocols.
- Take and develop X-rays as needed, ensuring accurate imaging for diagnosis.
- Maintain accurate patient records using Eaglesoft software, including medical history and treatment plans.
- Educate patients on oral hygiene practices and post-treatment care.
- Manage appointment scheduling and patient flow to optimize office efficiency.
- Ensure compliance with aseptic techniques and safety regulations within the dental office.

Requirements
- Previous dental assisting experience preferred
- X-ray certification
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Passion for patient care and a commitment to staying up-to-date on the latest dental technologies and techniques
- CEREC experience preferred
- Coronal polishing preferred

Pay: $20.00 - $30.00 per hour
