Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct research and compile data for reports or projects
- Manage and respond to emails in a timely manner
- Type up and format correspondence letters
- Proofread and edit documents for clarity, grammar, and accuracy
- Organize and maintain physical and electronic files
- Assist with other administrative tasks as needed
Qualifications:
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.)
- Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Previous experience in office administration or related fields is a plus
