Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled Physical Therapy Assistant to join our team at Amberwell Health Atchison. As a key member of our healthcare staff, you will work closely with patients receiving physical therapy as inpatients, outpatients, and Home Health/Hospice.
Responsibilities:
- Perform various treatments and provide exercise instruction and demonstration for patients.
- Work collaboratively with the physical therapy team to develop treatment plans tailored to each patient's needs.
- Assist with administrative tasks, such as maintaining accurate records and updating patient files.
Requirements:
- High School diploma or equivalent required; Associate's degree preferred.
- Kansas licensed Physical Therapy Assistant.
- Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy Assistant program.
- BLS certification.
