Required Skills and Qualifications
- Degree from an accredited School of Medicine or Osteopathic Medicine
- Board certification or eligibility in Internal or Family Medicine
- BLS and ACLS certifications
- Current DEA registration number
- Unrestricted medical license to practice medicine
