Description
Provides technical support to end users. Installs and maintains the organizations client hardware and software. Troubleshoot problems and resolve them in a timely manner. Approach each help desk call in a professional manner, building relationships that promote information sharing rather than mutual frustration. Use communication skills to pull enough information from end users to determine specifically what's wrong and to explain what's needed or how to use systems in nontechnical terms.
