As a Primary Care Patient Care Technician at Amberwell Health, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional patient care. Your primary responsibility will be to assist the nursing and receptionist staff with welcoming, rooming, and assisting patients with their healthcare needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Setting up and cleaning up rooms between appointments
- Rooming patients and gathering and recording necessary vital signs
- Properly entering patient information in Athena
- Keeping clinic stocked with all supplies (lab, medical, pharmacy, laundry)
- Filing progress notes, lab results, and any correspondence electronically via Athena
- Continual surveillance of proactive participation in ongoing Infection Prevention and Control measures in accordance with policies located in the Infection Control Manual on MCN
