Location: 5303 Berumda Drive St Louos Mo
As an Admissions Director/Coordinator, you will:
- Lead the admissions process from initial inquiry to admission, ensuring a smooth transition for residents and families.
- Evaluate and recommend adjustments to admission practices to optimize efficiency and effectiveness.
- Identify and pursue opportunities with new referral partners and sources, developing sales strategies to increase admissions.
- Collaborate with the Director of Nursing, Administrator, and other department heads as needed to facilitate admissions.
- Generate and analyze daily, weekly, and monthly census reports to track occupancy and identify trends.
- Promote and enforce safe work practices, safety rules, and accident prevention procedures within the admissions process.
Requirements:
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
- Minimum of (1)years of experience with a proven track record in census preferred development and occupancy management in a nursing home setting.
- Knowledgeable about nursing and medical practices and procedures, as well as laws, regulations, and guidelines related to long-term care.
- Preferred Bachelor's degree in Business, High school diploma is required at minimum.
