The Escalations Coordinator is responsible for the timely correction of problems external to the typical solar process. You will serve as the central point of contact for addressing and resolving issues that fall outside the standard solar installation process. This includes monitoring troubleshooting, contracted repairs for damages, and facilitating the replacement of faulty equipment.

Responsibilities:
- Take ownership of escalated issues, ensuring timely and effective resolution with empathy, urgency, and clarity.
- Synchronize work orders with service requests to ensure seamless operations.
- Track and manage escalations via Salesforce, maintaining accurate records and follow-through.
- Design and optimize workflows on the Field Service Salesforce Dashboard to support escalation tracking.
- Create and regularly update Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for troubleshooting SolarEdge systems.
- Coordinate and schedule with cross-functional teams, subcontractors, and homeowners to resolve complex service needs.
- Ensure service requests are accurately synchronized with work orders to avoid service delays.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in solar is preferred, but not required.
- Previous experience with SolarEdge is preferred, but not required.
- Strong communication skills, written and spoken.
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and resolve issues under pressure.
- Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
- Positive attitude and ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
