Funding Coordinators at Ambia Solar are responsible for the preparation and submission of financial milestone applications for financing partner approval. Milestone approval throughput directly affects the cash flow of the business, requiring efficient problem solving and communication.
Responsibilities:
- Work with sales representatives to gather needed documentation for the M1 / Project Qualification submission.
- Work with the design team to match installation photos with system models and verify production for the M2 / Installation Completion submission.
- Work with the Interconnection and Work Orders team to verify utility approval and production monitoring for M3 / System Activation submission.
- Monitor milestones at risk of expiration, communicating operational needs to the appropriate department.
