Our solar company is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Recruiter to join our HR team. The successful candidate will be responsible for sourcing, attracting, and hiring field employees who will work on various solar installation projects across the region. The recruiter will also be responsible for developing and implementing effective recruiting strategies that align with the company's mission, vision, and values.
Responsibilities:
? Work with hiring managers to identify current and future staffing needs for field positions, including solar panel installers, electricians, project managers, and other field employees.
? Source, screen, interview, and select candidates for field positions, utilizing various recruitment channels such as job postings, social media, networking events, and job fairs.
? Develop and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for future hiring needs.
? Conduct reference checks and background checks on potential employees.
? Collaborate with the HR team to design and implement effective onboarding and orientation programs for new hires.
? Stay up-to-date with trends and best practices in recruitment and make recommendations for improvements to the recruitment process.
? Ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations related to recruitment and hiring.
Qualifications:
? Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred or equal experience
? At least 1-3 years of experience in recruitment, preferably in a solar or renewable energy company.
? Demonstrated experience in recruiting for field positions, including solar panel installers, electricians, and project managers.
? Familiarity with various recruitment channels, including job boards, social media, and networking events.
? Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
? Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
? Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
? Knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
