Job Description
We are seeking a highly motivated Jr. HRIS Analyst Intern to join our team. The Jr. HRIS Analyst will be responsible for providing support to the HRIS team in the implementation, maintenance, and enhancement of the HRIS system. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background and a passion for HR technology.
Responsibilities:
- Gain experience with Paylocity or related system
- Assist in maintenance of the HRIS system
- Provide support to end-users on HRIS related issues
- Troubleshoot and resolve HRIS system issues
- Assist in the development and delivery of HRIS training to end-users
- Participate in the testing of HRIS system upgrades and enhancements
- Maintain HRIS system data integrity
- Generate HRIS reports as needed
- Assist in the development and maintenance of HRIS system documentation
Requirements:
- 0-2 years of experience/knowledge in analytics or related field
- Strong technical skills
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Knowledge of HR processes and procedures is a plus
