What you’ll be responsible for :
Completing Aeroseal services in residential homes , including but not limited to
Setting up the tools and machinery required to seal air ducts
Getting into crawl spaces and attics
Cutting sheet metal
Blocking off duct registers with tape and foam blocks
Educating homeowners on Aeroseal as necessary
Safely driving a company vehicle with all of your equipment to the jobsite
Providing exceptional customer service and communication
Completing reports and documentation in a timely manner
Maintaining a safe working environment
What we need from you :
You know as well as we do that this job is tough , often requiring you to
Consistently lift 100 pounds
Be on your feet the entire day (which is often long)
Be comfortable in tight, cramped, often hot spaces
Be comfortable working at different heights
A respectable knowledge of hand and power tools relating to the job
Basic computer skills necessary to operate Aeroseal equipment software
The ability to think critically, problem solve, and work independently in a fast-paced environment
A driver’s license with a clean driving record
The ability to pass a background and driving record check
An appetite for ownership and accountability
An attitude of seeing ways to get a job done rather than looking for reasons why it can’t be done
