**Job Summary:**
Are you an experienced and dedicated Audio Visual Technician with a passion for cutting-edge technologies? We are seeking a skilled individual to join our team in providing top-tier AV solutions. As an Audio Visual Technician Level II, you are responsible for configuring, installing, testing, and troubleshooting of various audio-visual systems and leading level 1 Technicians.
**Duties:**
- Install structured cabling, including hardware, cable pulling, and termination.
- Set up and configure AV equipment like screens, projectors, and mounting systems.
- Ensure compliance with drawings, codes, and specifications.
- Conduct thorough testing of system functionality.
- Provide training to end-users when necessary.
- Travel to different job sites as required.
- Ensure proper job completion
- Ensure excellent customer service
**Requirements:**
**Skills and Abilities:**
- Proficiency in structured cabling practices for audio/video cables.
- Sound knowledge of audio-visual technology, control systems, video distribution systems, and signal flow.
- Ability to work at heights using ladders or lifts for infrastructure wiring.
- Proficient in using hand tools and power tools safely.
- Excellent communication skills for interacting with customers and team members.
- Capability to interpret architectural and electrical schematics accurately.
- Strong leadership skills to guide a small team on projects.
**Education and Experience:**
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in audiovisual installations.
- Preferred formal education in Electronics or related field.
- High School Diploma or equivalent required.
- Willingness to obtain AV certification.
**Physical Requirements:**
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds overhead and work at heights up to 20 feet.
- Comfortable working in confined spaces and on uneven surfaces.
- Good auditory and verbal communication skills.
**Other Requirements:**
- Occasional overnight travel may be necessary.
- Valid Driver's License and reliable transportation with a clean driving record.
- Must pass a background check and drug screening.
- Legal authorization to work in the United States without sponsorship.
