Ambidextrous Inc is seeking an experienced and motivated Lawn Mowing Foreman to lead our lawn care team. The ideal candidate will oversee lawn mowing operations, ensuring high-quality service, efficiency, and safety. This role requires strong leadership skills, attention to detail, and a solid understanding of lawn maintenance techniques and equipment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and lead a crew in performing lawn mowing, trimming, edging, and blowing tasks.
• Operate and maintain lawn care equipment, including mowers, trimmers, and blowers.
• Ensure scheduled lawn maintenance services are completed efficiently and to company standards.
• Train and mentor team members on proper mowing techniques and safety protocols.
• Monitor and enforce job site safety regulations and company policies.
• Maintain a clean and organized work site and vehicle.
• Communicate effectively with clients, project managers, and other team members.
• Make sure all paperwork is filled out and any issues on properties noted.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in lawn maintenance, with at least 1 year in a leadership role.
• Strong knowledge of lawn care techniques, equipment operation, and best practices.
• Ability to troubleshoot and perform basic maintenance on mowing equipment.
• Strong problem-solving and leadership skills.
• Ability to perform physically demanding work in various weather conditions.
• Valid driver's license required.

Expected hours: 40 – 50 per week
