All that you need is:
- 3 years of warehouse experience and a high school diploma (or equivalent) OR an equivalent combination of experience and education
- Strong supervisory, computer, and mathematical skills
- Strong communications and interpersonal skills
Additionally, the following would be a plus:
- Knowledge of plumbing, electrical, appliances, or HVAC
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Reliability
- Ability to work independently
- Efficient time management skills
- Customer service skills

WHAT CAN YOU EXPECT AS OUR HVAC WAREHOUSE LEAD?
Your primary responsibility will be to develop, train, and supervise our warehouse staff. You will schedule employees, set work priorities, and conduct staff meetings to foster a cohesive and productive team environment. You will also be responsible for counseling and training employees, evaluating their performance, and providing direction on work assignments to ensure optimal departmental operation. Timely and accurate handling of inventory will be a key focus of your role. You will be responsible for overseeing tasks such as receiving, staging, ticketing, placement, planning, distribution, delivery, and replenishment of parts and materials. Additionally, you will regularly check inventory levels to identify reorder needs and place orders with appropriate vendors. Your role also involves staying in touch with our installation crews to assist with any unexpected needs that may arise. You will ensure that required materials are promptly filled and delivered, maintaining open communication channels to coordinate deliveries and ensure smooth operations.
