Role: Inside Sales, Parts
We're looking for a Parts Specialist at APA as we are experiencing explosive growth! In this role, you’ll work with the Parts Manager to facilitate HVAC Parts sales as you learn to understand our clients' needs, recommend the right parts, and help them make informed decisions. This remote job works with Parts leadership and teammates all across the greater Massachusetts region. We represent the best products in the HVAC industry and work on some of the most interesting projects in the region so there’s always something new to learn. Responsibilities:
- Conduct sales of HVAC parts, online, in-person and via telephone.
- Handle all customer inquiries regarding parts, projects or tracking.
- Identify the best parts for the job and process the subsequent orders.
- Follow up on orders, either verbally or in writing, to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Prepare and package merchandise for customer pick up or shipment.
- Provide support for inventory control and accuracy.
Requirements:
- Strong customer service aptitude
- Excellent typing, documentation, and communication skills
- Availability to work 7am – 4pm
- HVAC industry a plus but not required
Estimated Salary - $60,000 - $70,000 with flexibility for experience
