To be considered for this role, candidates MUST:
- Both work and communicate effectively with other TEAM members.
- Ensures the highest level of guest service and satisfaction.
- Prepares and serves contemporary and traditional cocktails while greeting, seating, and making drink suggestions for guests.
- Handles special requests with ease while maintaining a calm and positive bar environment.
- Fosters an environment of continuous learning, improvement, and open and honest feedback.
- Have an eye to serve our customers with unrivaled quality.
- Have a Continuous Improvement/LEAN mindset in everything you do, every day.
