To be considered for this role, candidates MUST:
- Learn and adapt into our LEAN culture.
- Both work and communicate effectively with other TEAM members.
- Provide friendly, efficient, and courteous customer service to guests from arrival to departure, while maximizing room occupancy.
- Ensures all check-ins and check-outs are handled in a friendly, efficient, and courteous manner.
- Maintains full knowledge of Ambiente's services and offerings to maximize guest experiences and provide awareness of the services available on property.
- Provides information about local area activities and events, transportation, restaurants, and tours.
- Occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.
- Have an eye to serve our customers with unrivaled quality.
- Have a Continuous Improvement/LEAN mindset in everything you do, every day.
