To be considered for this role, candidates MUST:
- Learn and adapt into our LEAN culture.
- Both work and communicate effectively with other TEAM members.
- Ensures the highest level of guest service and satisfaction.
- Prepares for spa treatments and cleans and restocks room according to spa processes and procedures.
- Provides consistent and professional spa treatments in accordance with accepted certification practices and spa protocols.
- Strictly adheres to the standards of sanitation and sterilization as directed by law and according to facility processes and procedures.
- Must hold both an active massage therapist and aesthetician certification.
- Have an eye to serve our customers with unrivaled quality.
- Have a Continuous Improvement/LEAN mindset in everything you do, every day.
