Primary Responsibilities:
- Responsible for QC sample management, include bot not limited to Reference standard, incoming testing samples, pulled stability samples and OSL sample shipment and tracking.
- Manage and improve in-house/external reference standards program, through controlled logbook, stock card, and internal SOP. Re-packaging and labeling if needed. Continuously improve the Reference standard programs based on the feedback from users.
- Manage lab consumable inventory, including but not limited to keep accurate inventory, PO creation, filling related CoA.
- Manage lab consumable inventory (Chemical/column/gas cylinder/gloves-pipettes etc.). Including PO creation, filing COA’s, submitting SDS to EHS.
- Responsible for review of Logbook entries weekly.
- Assist the QC Manager and QC Supervisor as requested.
- Must have good time management skills. Must be able to perform daily tasks in a timely manner – improving productivity while minimizing idle time.
- QC sample management, including but not limited to Reference standards, incoming testing samples, pulled stability samples and OSL sample shipment and tracking.
- Maintain accurate QC instruments status list, notification, and coordination with metrology of incoming PM/repairs of instruments.
- Trained and proficient in change controls for logbooks, URS, and ROP. Assist with sample management related deviations in MasterControl.
- Informing QC Release of upcoming re-evaluation of in-house reference/impurity material- creating internal work order confirmation system.
- These responsibilities may change based on the business demand and the company’s organizational needs.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Must be able to make MS-excel/MS-Word compilation.
