The Consultant – Real World Evidence (RWE) is an important member of project teams and works closely with the Analytics team to solve interesting client problems, and to create and implement solutions. In this role you will own and personally deliver components of the client engagement, contributing to the overall success of each engagement. As a Consultant – Real World Evidence (RWE), you will:

• Structure and conduct individual project tasks including detailed research and analysis using a variety of data sources for commercial analytics and Real World Evidence (RWE) projects
• Translate complex data findings (claims, prescription, sales, shipments, etc.) into actionable business strategies
• Work closely with clients to understand their business challenges and analytics needs
• Compile findings into concise and meaningful insights and recommendations that demonstrate a clear understanding of project objectives
• Present insights, dashboards, and reports to internal and external stakeholders
• Clearly communicate findings and insights verbally and in welldesigned PowerPoint slides that tell a clear and compelling story
• Work interactively with your project teams to share insights, incorporate feedback and evolve analysis and deliverables
• Interact with and manage thirdparty vendors
• Work on a team in a highly collegial and collaborative environment

Qualifications:

• Undergraduate or master's degree in Business, Mathematics, Economics, Computer Sciences, Information Management, Statistics, Life Sciences or other programs with an analytical focus and 2 years of experience in business analytics, preferably in life sciences or healthcare consulting
• Strong quantitative and data analytical skills
• Experience with data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, Qlik)
• Strong understanding of pharmaceutical datasets (Claims, EHR, Lab, HUB, Sales etc.)
• Excellent problemsolving, communication, and storytelling skills
• Experience in commercial analytics and forecasting is preferred
• Knowledge of machine learning techniques and advanced statistical modeling is preferred
• Experience working with pharmaceutical commercial business and analytics teams is preferred
• Able to start within 24 weeks upon accepting an offer

The base salary range for this role is $100,000-$130,000.
