What are the responsibilities and job description for the Head of Operations, P2P Business position at Ambition Singapore?

One of the international top leading Digital Finance / Fintech companies operating in over 100 countries and regions globally.

Location : We open for any location based in Singapore / Asia / Abu Dhabi / Dubai / Europe (upon discussion)

Key Responsibilities

In charge of the P&L of P2P business at global scale from strategy to execution, manage a team with diversified background based in Asia, Europe, and Middle East etc.
Work out and improve the business strategy, optimize features and products, enhance competitiveness and market share.
Manage the operations from user experience, growth, risk, regulations, compliance and performance management perspectives.

Key Requirements

Experienced in P2P business management from Fintech, Digital Finance or Crypto space at regional or global scale.

Leadership experience in Operations / P&L Management / BD / Marketing, or Growth is required.

Strong analytical ability and proven leadership.

Good compliance knowledge and regulatory requirements, esp. AML and KYC.
