- Duties and Responsibilities :
- Follow through with all guidance from the BCBA related to each clients treatment plan.
- Prepare for each session by having a clear understanding of session structure and gathering all necessary materials.
- Implement intervention procedures as per treatment plan and BCBAs guidance and communicate any questions, concerns and any feedback to BCBA in a timely manner.
- Interact with parents and other caregivers in a professional manner, in accordance with BACB code of ethics.
- Collect data on clients progress throughout each session, as directed by BCBA.
- Adhere to all HIPPA requirements related to client confidentiality.
