Ambitions Behavioral Health is seeking passionate and dedicated individuals in Tracy, CA to work one-on-one with children diagnosed with autism. As a Behavior Technician, you'll deliver in-home ABA (Applied Behavior Analysis) therapy, following a personalized intervention plan created by our clinical supervisors to help children build essential skills and reduce challenging behaviors.
This is a part-time, travel-based position that requires conducting sessions in clients' homes.

Requirements
- Experience, enthusiasm, and a strong ability to interact with children (previous experience in ABA is strongly preferred).
- A high school diploma is required; completion of college coursework is preferred.
- Access to dependable transportation.
- Compliance with HR prerequisites, including passing a TB test and undergoing background checks.
