We are seeking a detail-oriented Property Manager I to join our team at Ambling Property Investments. This individual will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our real estate assets, ensuring the highest level of resident satisfaction and property value.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate records of rent payments, lease agreements, and property inspections.
- Communicate effectively with residents, addressing concerns and resolving issues promptly.
- Collaborate with maintenance staff to identify and address any property damage or maintenance needs.
- Develop and implement cost-saving initiatives to optimize property performance.
- Analyze data and trends to inform property improvement plans and maximize property value.
- Supervise maintenance staff and oversee repair work to ensure building systems are functioning properly.
- Ensure compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and company policies.
Qualifications
- Experience in HUD property management is required.
- Associates degree (A.A.) from a vocational school, college, or university, or job-related experience is preferred.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills are necessary for success in this role.
The ideal candidate will have one to two years of related experience and/or training. They should also possess working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and property management software.
