Ambling Property Investments is seeking a highly skilled Property Manager I to lead our operations team. This individual will be responsible for the overall success of our real estate assets, focusing on property occupancy, lease compliance, and resident satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement effective strategies to maintain property occupancy and ensure lease compliance.
- Collect rent payments, pay bills, and prepare annual budgets to ensure financial stability.
- Establish rental rates based on market research and consider factors such as overhead costs and profit goals.
- Execute a comprehensive marketing plan to attract new residents.
- Investigate and resolve resident complaints, enforce rules of occupancy, and plan renovations as necessary.
- Supervise maintenance staff and oversee repair work to ensure building systems are functioning properly.
- Contract with security patrol services and establish precautionary policies to secure the property.
Qualifications
- Experience in HUD property management is required.
- Associates degree (A.A.) from a vocational school, college, or university, or job-related experience is preferred.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills are necessary for success in this role.
The ideal candidate will have one to two years of related experience and/or training. They should also possess working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and property management software.
