Key Responsibilities:
Library Services:
- Provide research assistance and information literacy instruction to students and faculty.
- Develop and maintain library resources, including collections and digital tools, to support academic programs.
- Offer individual and group tutoring for writing and research skills.
- Collaborate with faculty to integrate library resources into course materials.
- Stay current with trends in library science, research methods, and academic support services.
Reception Services:
- Greet and assist visitors, students, and staff in a professional and welcoming manner.
- Answer student inquires promptly and accurately.
- Manage the front desk area, ensuring it is clean, organized, and efficiently operated.
- Provide administrative support for campus events and day-to-day operations as needed.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Library Science, Education, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
