Overview:
A financial advisor assistant’s job is to support the financial advisors
clients by performing administrative tasks, providing customer service, and
helping clients achieve their financial goals This job posting is looking for
key support role with understanding or quick learner of the financial/insurance
industry (a financial or insurance license is not required for this role) Seeking
a highly organized and proactive assistant to manage the daily administrative
tasks, including scheduling appointments, coordinating meetings, maintaining
calendars, and serving as the primary point of contact for clients, requiring
excellent communication and customer service skills while handling
confidential information with discretion; ideal candidates will have proven
experience as an assistant with strong computer literacy, Redtail CRM
knowledge, and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. Experience with Nit
f/k/a Riskalyze a plus.
Key points about the role:
Responsibilities:
Managing schedules, meeting coordination, calendar maintenance,
acting as primary contact for clients, preparing and proofreading
documents, maintaining filing systems, handling clerical task
supporting project management by tracking deadlines and deliverables,
creating proposals and applications.
Essential skills:
Exceptional organizational skills, strong communication abilities,
proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, attention to detail, and ability to
multitask, excellent customer service skills, discretion with confidential
information.
Qualification
Proven experience as an assistant, strong computer literacy, excellent
proofreading skills, and ability to work effectively and independently. Must
have a high school diploma or GED certificate and relevant work
experience. A bachelor’s degree in a related field, such as accounting
or finance, can improve your chances You’ll also need to demonstrate
strong communication, organizational, problem-solving, and
administrative skills, as well as computer skills.
