Job Description: We are seeking a skilled and motivated individual to fill the position of Night Building Custodian. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the cleanliness and safety of our buildings and grounds.
Main Responsibilities:
- Cleaning and sanitizing designated areas
- Lifting and moving heavy equipment and supplies (up to 50 pounds)
- Performing general housekeeping and custodial duties as assigned by the Facilities Manager, Building Principal, and Central Administration
- Responding to emergencies and performing tasks as needed
Requirements:
- Degree in a related field (maintenance, facilities management, etc.)
- Minimum two years of experience in a related field
- Current certifications in CPR/AED and First Aid
- Background check and clearance
- Basic computer skills and knowledge of MS Office
