**Head Coaching Position for Wrestling**
The Ambridge Area School District is seeking a skilled and knowledgeable leader to oversee the wrestling program.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, organize, and conduct practices to develop player skills and game strategies.
- Foster a positive and inclusive environment that promotes athletic and academic growth.
- Maintain a cohesive program development across all grade levels, including a structured offseason program.
- Engage with the AAYWP, the youth program, to foster a strong wrestling culture throughout the district.
Requirements:
- Prior experience in coaching wrestling at the high school or collegiate level.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to create a safe and supportive environment for athletes of all skill levels.
- Knowledge of best practices in youth sports development.
