The Ambrose Way Internship Program: Development/Technical Internship

Ambrose is seeking self-motivated students who have an interest in gaining hands-on work experience in the real estate development industry to participate in The Ambrose Way Summer Internship Program.
The Internship Program promotes collaborative, hands-on situational learning within a real-world setting and while working with a team of talented, industry-leading professionals. It offers an experiential structure where you get to work with and learn from the best and brightest in the real estate development industry!
What We Offer:
- You will work with our development team and gain experience in the fundamentals of due diligence and site planning, purchase and sale agreements, proforma development, project budgeting, scheduling, how to monitor change orders and create a bid document.
- You will expand your knowledge beyond direct project management by also interacting with accounting, marketing, capital markets, asset management and business development efforts.
- You will be assigned a project to work on during your tenure with Ambrose and present out to Ambrose leaders at the end of your internship.
- You will be paired with an experienced mentor that will help guide you to success throughout your tenure in the Ambrose Way Internship Program.
- You will work with an amazing, dedicated development team that likes to have fun and win! You can participate in happy hours and other fun Ambrose teambuilding activities.
Requirements
What you Bring:
- Current Sophomore or Junior pursuing a degree in Construction Management or Civil Engineering field of study
- Previous work experience and or leadership assignments.
- You are innovative, have a strong work ethic, and promote collaboration
- You are a problem solver and love to jump in and execute on solutions
