Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Busser to join our dynamic team in a fast-paced restaurant environment. As a Busser, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our guests have an exceptional dining experience by maintaining cleanliness and organization throughout the restaurant. Your attention to detail and commitment to guest satisfaction will contribute significantly to our overall service quality.
Responsibilities
- Clear and reset tables promptly after guests leave, ensuring a clean and welcoming environment for new diners.
- Assist servers by providing support during busy service periods, including refilling drinks and delivering food when needed.
- Maintain cleanliness in the dining area, including sweeping, mopping, and organizing utensils and condiments.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of food and efficient service flow.
- Adhere to all health and safety regulations while performing duties.
- Engage with guests in a friendly manner, addressing any needs or concerns they may have during their visit.
Experience
- Previous experience in hospitality or food service is preferred but not required; we are willing to train motivated individuals.
- Familiarity with Aloha POS or similar point-of-sale systems is a plus.
- Strong customer service skills with an emphasis on guest relations and satisfaction.
- Excellent phone etiquette for handling any incoming calls related to reservations or inquiries.
- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment while maintaining a positive attitude under pressure.
