The Behavioral Health Technician is responsible for the complete care and well-being of the patients while they are living at the treatment center residence.
What you will do:
- Provide one-on-one patient care.
- Orient new patients to the residential facility.
- Provide a safe and secure environment for patients.
- Provide care to patients in a manner that promotes safety, comfort, and the therapeutic environment.
- Assist patients with activities of daily living; attend to patient behavioral problems, and provide assistance in crisis intervention, as needed.

What the ideal candidate has:
- Graduation from High School or GED with 2 years of experience in a similar position
- Associate Degree with emphasis on Psychology or Social Work.
- Knowledge of substance use disorder and mental health illnesses preferred.
