We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Medical Assistant to join our team in West Palm Beach, FL. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in patient care and be able to work in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
- Assist physicians and nurses with patient care
- Take vital signs and record patient information
- Prepare exam rooms for patient visits
- Administer medications and injections as directed by physicians
- Perform basic laboratory tests and procedures
- Assist with patient education and follow-up care
- Assist with Ketamine treatments
- Maintain patient records and ensure confidentiality
- Perform other duties as assigned
Requirements:
- Associates degree required
- Certified Phlebotomy Tech (CPT)
- Completion of a Medical Assistant program
- Certification as a Medical Assistant
- Experience working in a medical office or clinic
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to maintain confidentiality
