Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the nursing department to ensure optimal patient care and adherence to best practices.
- Oversee the development and implementation of nursing policies and procedures in accordance with regulatory compliance standards.
- Conduct regular reviews of medical records and documentation to ensure compliance with all regulations.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop individualized care plans for patients.
- Provide guidance and support to nursing staff, fostering an environment of professional development and continuous improvement.

Requirements
- New Jersey current Registered Nurse (RN) license with a minimum of 5 years of nursing experience, including management roles in ambulatory surgery or hospital setting.
- Must have minimum five years' experience with JCAHO, CMS and regulatory compliance agencies.
- Proven leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a diverse team.
- Experience in documentation review and familiarity with medical record systems.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with strong interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively while maintaining attention to detail.
