Job Summary: We're seeking an energetic and results-driven Assistant Store Manager to join our dynamic team at our Metro by T-Mobile authorized retail store in Bellevue. As an Assistant Store Manager, you'll support the Store Manager in driving sales, customer satisfaction, and operational excellence. Key Responsibilities: - Assist Store Manager in overseeing daily store operations - Drive sales growth and customer acquisition - Lead by example, coaching sales representatives to meet performance targets - Ensure exceptional customer experience and resolve issues promptly - Manage inventory, maintain store appearance, and adhere to company standards - Recruit, train, and develop sales team members - Analyze sales data and implement strategies to improve performance Requirements: - 2 years retail management experience (wireless industry preferred) - Proven sales and leadership skills - Excellent communication, problem-solving, and time management abilities - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities - High school diploma or equivalent required; degree preferred Preferred Qualifications: - Wireless industry knowledge - Bilingual or multilingual skills - Experience with sales performance metrics and reporting - Available to travel within the Puget Sound market.
