We offer remote patient monitoring (RPM) with enhanced care coordination and telecare management (TCM) solutions for patients with chronic conditions, high-risk pregnancies, and complex diseases including cancer and behavioral health.

Primary Job Function:

Reporting to the Director of Cloud Engineering & DevOps, the Warehouse IT Administrator is responsible for the effective management, maintenance, and support of AMC Health’s Warehouse IT systems. This role ensures that all technological resources are operational, secure, and optimized to support the  Louisville, Kentucky Warehouse’s business objectives. Assists with cloud administration as needed.

Essential Job Functions:

System Administration

• Install, configure, and maintain all IT infrastructure within the Louisville Kentucky warehouse including PCs.
• Set up, maintain, and troubleshoot LAN/WAN networks, including firewalls, routers, switches, WIFI systems, and associated cabling.
• Provide technical support to Warehouse staff for hardware, software, and connectivity issues within the Warehouse.
• Assist warehouse personnel with connectivity of configurable devices.
• Diagnose and resolve system and application issues in a timely manner.
• Assist with AWS cloud administration as needed.
• Implement and enforce IT security policies to protect data and systems.
• Ensure all systems and applications are updated with the latest patches and versions.
• Identify opportunities to enhance IT systems and processes.
• Maintain comprehensive documentation for IT systems, processes, and configurations including technical diagrams.
• Technical support liaison between ISP, AMC Support, Engineering and IT vendors.
• Complete training objectives and KPIs as assigned.

Experience/Education/Computer Proficiency Requirements'

GENERAL EDUCATION:

• Associates degree with IT related focus (preferred)
• IT Certifications recommended

GENERAL EXPERIENCE:

• 2-5 years information technology experience
• Understanding of core technical competencies (networking, storage, servers, security, cloud)
• 2 years AWS core services
• Basic understanding on Mobile Device Management (MDM)

Licensure and /or Certification Requirements:

• AWS Cloud Practitioner
• CompTIA certifications

Physical Demands & Work Environment:

• Incumbent must have a desire to expand knowledge into IT engineering field.
• Must be able to lift 50lbs
• Must be able to climb stairs, squat, walk more than 100 yards

Pay Range - $70,000 -  $80,000
