- Assist with office management tasks, including filing, organization of documents, and maintaining office supplies.
- Utilize QuickBooks for basic financial tracking and reporting as required.
- Provide outstanding customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
- Type correspondence, reports, and other documents as necessary to support team operations.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Personal Assistant or in a similar administrative role is preferred.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Proficiency in office management software and tools, including QuickBooks.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Familiarity with calendar management practices is essential.
