We are seeking a skilled and motivated Plumbing Technician to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for installing, repairing, and maintaining plumbing systems in residential homes and occupied properties. This role requires strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and a commitment to safety and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities and Qualifications
- Install, repair, and maintain residential plumbing systems including water supply lines, waste systems, and fixtures.
- Interpret blueprints and building codes to plan plumbing installations.
- Work with other construction and maintenance professionals to complete projects efficiently.
- Maintain accurate records of work performed, materials used, and time spent.
- Ensure all work complies with local plumbing codes and safety standards.
- High school diploma or GED required; technical or trade school certification preferred.
- 2 years of experience in residential plumbing (new construction and/or maintenance).
- Valid plumbing license or certification (where required by state or local laws).
- Strong knowledge of plumbing systems, tools, and best practices.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
- Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs and work in a variety of physical environments (crawlspaces, attics, etc.).
- Keep tools and equipment clean, organized, and in good working condition.

Pay: $65,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
