What are the responsibilities and job description for the Parts Associate position at AMC Marine Sales & Service?

We’re a fast-paced, fun-loving team that works hard to help families make the most of their time on the water — and we’re looking for someone who’s ready to dive in.
What You’ll Do:
- Keep our parts and accessories inventory stocked and accurate
- Order parts from vendors and track them like a pro Look up parts using schematics (like solving puzzles, but with boats!)
- Pull parts for service jobs so our techs can keep things moving
- Sell parts over the counter and help customers with what they need
- Receive, inspect, and catalog incoming parts
- Keep the parts department clean, organized, and running like a well-oiled machine
- Work closely with our service writer and technicians to support the shop
What We’re Looking For:
- Great organizational skills and attention to detail
- A positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Ability to read schematics and find parts quickly
- Experience in a parts or inventory role is a plus (marine, auto, powersports, etc.)
- Someone who’s reliable, motivated, and cool under pressure
