We are currently seeking a Creative Director to join our Marketing Team based in our New York, New York Headquarters.
JOB SUMMARY
The Creative Director of Brand Creative is responsible for shaping and elevating consumer-facing brand creative marketing initiatives. This role involves overseeing all creative aspects of brand expression, from concept development to execution, ensuring a cohesive and visually compelling narrative that resonates with audiences. The Creative Director will lead a talented team of producers, copywriters, vendors, and other creatives, fostering an environment that encourages bold ideas, innovation, and a relentless pursuit of creative excellence. Collaboration across departments is key, as the Creative Director will work closely with various teams to ensure the brand’s creative direction is consistently impactful and forward-thinking.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Creative Direction :
- Work closely with the VP of Brand, overseeing the creation of all brand-related promotional creative for brand campaigns - including video content, digital marketing, social media, packaging, and corporate communications.
- Incessantly pitch bold, innovative concepts and ideas in a fast-paced environment. Innate drive to push creative boundaries by collaborating with cross-functional teams and vendors to bring groundbreaking concepts to life.
- Ensure consistency and coherence across all brand touchpoints, maintaining high standards of quality and creativity.
- Provide creative guidance and feedback to the team, fostering an environment of continuous improvement and innovation.

The base compensation range for this position is $125,000 to $150,000 commensurate with experience. AMC Networks additionally offers a comprehensive benefits package including Medical, Dental, Vision, Prescription Drug Coverage, 401k Plan, Wellness Program, Life Insurance, Tuition Reimbursement, Paid Time Off, Paid Parental Leave, and Adoption Services, among other benefit plan options, subject to eligibility requirements.
