About the Role
This role offers a competitive salary of approximately $55,000 - $75,000 per year, depending on location and experience. Key Responsibilities
• Oversee theatre operations to achieve AMC's goals
• Provide guidance and support to associates
• Ensure a positive and productive work environment
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless execution of events and promotions
• Participate in training and development programs to enhance knowledge and skills
Requirements
• Six months supervisory or commensurate leadership experience
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and carry it up to 90 feet (or deposit into dumpster or trash compactor)
• Strong communication and leadership skills
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
