Job Description

What you will be doing:
- Collaborate with cross-functional analytics teams to align key performance indicators (KPIs) and optimize forecasting.
- Oversee updates to the corporate financial model, including modeling new initiatives and capital markets transactions.
- Prepare and deliver financial presentations for management and board meetings.
- Lead the domestic budgeting process, incorporating analysis of both international and domestic operations.
- Align strategic assumptions including industry and competition.
- Manage the capital and general and administrative (G&A) forecasting and planning processes.
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or a related field.
- 3 years of progressive, relevant professional experience.
- Strong knowledge of general accounting principles and financial reporting.
- Strong financial analysis and modeling capabilities, with the excellent ability to summarize and communicate findings effectively.
- Leadership abilities with the capacity to guide a team effectively.
- Keen eye for detail to ensure accuracy.
- Ability to manage multiple projects while maintaining confidentiality, integrity, professionalism, and meeting deadlines.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in financial database applications, including Excel, Essbase, and Hyperion.
- Experience with accounting and reporting systems, budgeting, forecasting, and statistical analysis.
- Strong formatting and presentation skills in Excel and PowerPoint.
- Proven experience in partnering with business teams and stakeholders.
- Working knowledge of tools such as Tableau and OBI (Oracle Business Intelligence).
